This lovely Black Oak bowl was lightly burned with a torch to "ebonize" it. Once burned, it was rubbed down vigorously to remove any excess char and then treated with several finishing coats. The finish is stable and will not rub off. WOOD: Black Oak; SIZE: 1 1/2" Tall by 7 1/4" in Diameter; WEIGHT: 6 Ounces.
