We are trying to keep costs down and offer excellent pricing by doing everything directly between the buyer (you) and the seller (me). We now accept payment through Venmo or Zelle.
TO ORDER: Select a bowl that you like and complete the simple order form below. Be sure to include the "Bowl ID" , PRICE, a brief description and of course your shipping address to make sure we are shipping the correct bowl. We will determine the shipping cost for the bowl and your location and send you an invoice. Please prepay the invoice by sending us a check or paying through Venmo or Zelle.. If you order more than one bowl and we can safely "nest" them together in the same box you will save on shipping costs.
Once we have the check or the Venmo or Zelle payment we will ship it securely and in the least expensive way possible (no packaging or handling charges). It will take five business days for you to receive your order on the East Coast, and will take less time if you are located closer to Santa Rosa, CA. If you need an expedited shipment, please call or make note on the checkout form.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the bowl once you receive it please contact us within two weeks of receiving the bowl to discuss your options. We are open to providing a full purchase price refund if the bowl is returned in the condition it was shipped (shipping damage will be addressed with the carrier). You may also want to replace the bowl with a different one. We will provide you with a full purchase price credit against the cost of the new bowl and a refund for the difference if one is due. The whole idea here is to provide you with the lowest possible cost for your bowl and eliminate any possible problems.
