This stout medium-sized Manzanita bowl displays some amazing colors. I left some bark on the bowl to compliment the "battle scars" left by the intense heat. It is made from a tree that burned during the October 2017 Tubbs Fire. The base burned out and the tree toppled over, but much of the wood was preserved aside from some cracks caused by the intense heat of the fire.
