This rusticLive Oak bowl was final turned from green wood and set aside to dry. It dried with a little wood movement, but ended up as a quite nice bowl. The turned in rim acted as a support beam to limit wood movement. The bug holes make it difficult to use it as a serving bowl for anything other than dry items. It would make an excellent coffee table bowl holding other small display items. It is durable. WOOD: Live Oak; DIAMETER: 14"; HEIGHT: 4 3/4"; WEIGHT: 2 Pounds 2 Ounces.
