This hollow form bowl made from Apple wood turn out quite nicely. It was final turned from some semi-dry apple wood. I quickly finished it and it has not moved much in the past four months. Fruit woods tend to move and crack. This one has a slight crack on one side (that has been patched) which adds to the interest. It has a raised top for added interest.The top and bottom are a bit oval from the drying process. I think you will like this one! WOOD: Apple; DIAMETER: 7"; HEIGHT: 5 1/4"; WEIGHT: 15 Ounces.
