This French style rolling pin is made from laminated Maple; Purple Heart; and Ebony woods. It is 22 1/2" long with a taper from 1 1/2" in the middle to 1 1/8" at the ends. It has a friction finish that is food safe. Friction finishes penetrate deeper into the wood.
