This large Black Locust bowl has a rim around the top with a burned leaf pattern. The bowl is solid as a rock and nicely finished with a food safe finish. It is fairly heavy because of the size and the density of the wood. It could be used for just about anything since the wood is virtually indestructible. This is a really beautiful bowl.
