This small Japanese Maple bowl is one of my favorite bowls turned recently. The figuring makes it look almost like marble and the finish is ultra smooth. It has a subtle accent ring around the rim that helps accent the wood. The finish is food safe. I would only display this beauty. It is a great gift item.
