This large Silver Maple bowl turned out quite well. Julie decided to burn some Maple leaves on the Maple wood. She did a great job. For a large 13" bowl it is quite light. It could be used as a salad bowl if you don't want to display it as art. It has a food safe finish. WOOD: Silver Maple. SIZE: 13" Diameter By 4 1/2" Tall. WEIGHT: 1 Pound 9 Ounces.
